Cashu Group

Cashu Group helps public companies reach investors. I worked on the audience side: turning blank personal-brand accounts into channels people actually wanted to follow.

Three years later: 50M+ views, 100K+ followers, and an audience built from zero.

Getting there meant owning the full loop: find ideas, write the opening hook, shape the video, test the thumbnail, publish, read the numbers, repeat. Plenty of posts bombed. Others reached millions. Every one left a clue for the next.

The impact

The win was not one lucky viral post. It was building an audience that kept paying attention. Each post that worked brought new people in; each new follower made the next idea easier to launch. Accounts that began empty became direct channels to real audiences.

That process changed how I work. Good ideas helped. Fast feedback mattered more. Ship something, watch where attention drops, fix it, and go again. Growth became less about guessing and more about building in public.

How it shaped what came next

That playbook became the foundation for CasperCoach. Instead of buying ads or hoping people appeared, useful CASPer guides went where applicants already spent time. The guides earned attention, the product gave people somewhere to practice, and that loop grew CasperCoach to thousands of users.

Cashu taught me how to earn attention. CasperCoach proved I could pair that skill with a product I had built myself. That is still the builder mindset I bring to software: shipping is not the finish line. The real test is whether people find it, use it, and come back.
