Cashu Group (Cashu Technologies) is a fintech company in the investor-marketing space. They run a platform that connects publicly listed companies and funds with active retail and institutional investors, helping issuers drive liquidity and investor awareness. The model pairs advisory with technology: distributing a company's equity story through tier-1 syndication channels, building targeted investor lists with data and analytics, and converting that interest into long-term investor communities, reaching tens of millions of verified investors a month across 200+ publisher channels.

My work sat on the distribution and audience-building side of that. I ran growth, and the job was simple to say and hard to do: take personal-brand social accounts from nothing and turn them into a real audience. I did. 50M+ views and 100K+ followers, built from zero.

This is where I learned growth the hard way, by testing constantly against live numbers instead of guessing.

What I did

  • Grew personal-brand socials to 50M+ views and 100K+ followers by producing and distributing short-form content.
  • Increased watch time and click-through rate by designing viral hooks and A/B testing thumbnails against live engagement data.
  • Drove consistent viral reach by developing a repeatable social strategy grounded in hook structure, retention patterns, and platform algorithm behavior.

Why it matters

Building something is only half the job. Getting people to actually see it and come back is the other half.
